Biodiversity in Action Program
There is a growing demand for practical, evidence-based approaches that integrate biodiversity into routine agricultural business and land management. Landcare Australia’s Biodiversity in Action Projects, led by the Landcare Agriculture Program will support Australian producers to understand, measure, monitor and manage biodiversity in agricultural businesses.
The program will bring together Landcare groups, farmers and graziers, scientists, and agricultural experts to collaborate on creating innovative, on-ground solutions that enhance biodiversity while supporting productive and resilient agricultural landscapes.
Together, these 11 projects will deliver innovative, producer-led approaches to biodiversity monitoring, threatened species protection, soil health improvement, invasive species management, and Indigenous-led knowledge integration.
