World Migratory Bird Day

World Migratory Bird Day is a yearly campaign to raise awareness of threats to migratory birds and their native habitats. The day was created in order to protect these millions of birds, aiming for international teamwork. The theme for 2017 is “Their Future is our Future”, highlighting the need for the sustainable management of our natural resources, flora and fauna.
