Screenings of Australian soils documentary for Landcare groups

Polyfaces is an Australian-made, award winning documentary featuring the well-known Salatin family. It explores their four generational story of farming regeneratively whilst feeding over 6,000 families within a 300km radius.

Made by the Heenan Doherty family, who have been working in the area of regenerative agriculture for more than 25 years, Polyfaces is a film produced over years about connecting to the land and community.

Darren J. Doherty, one of the team behind the documentary, is a farm planner, consultant and teacher, who has designed over 2,000 agricultural properties in more than 50 countries. He says that, “…the climate of the mind is the hardest thing to change and can be even more so when dealing with farmers.”

Darren and Lisa Heenan made Polyfaces to inspire farmers to look at new and regenerative ways of farming. “We truly believe we can regenerate our landscapes, communities, local economies, our health and, most importantly, our soils. We can do this whilst producing quality, nutrient dense food, keeping families on farms, and inspiring and supporting a whole new generation of farmers.”

Regrarians Ltd, the not for profit organisation behind Polyfaces is offering a special Community Screening Price for Landcare groups of $200.
